Privacy policy
The short version: no accounts, no email gate, no analytics, no tracking cookies — and nothing of yours stored on our servers. Here is the detail behind that.
Last updated: 1 October 2026.
Who we are
Multi-Delete (“we”, “us”) operates multidelete.com and the Multi-Delete tool for QuickBooks Online. For privacy questions, contact support@multidelete.com. We are based in Queensland, Australia.
What we do not collect
- No user accounts and no sign-up — you never give us a name, an email or a password.
- No analytics, no advertising and no tracking pixels.
- No tracking or marketing cookies.
- We do not sell, rent or share personal information, because we do not hold any to sell.
What is processed when you use the tool
When you connect a QuickBooks company, Intuit’s own consent page authorises us. Intuit then returns an access token and a refresh token to our server, which we hold only in an encrypted, httpOnly, session-only cookie in your own browser. We never see your QuickBooks password, and we keep no server-side copy of the tokens.
To run a preview, export, dry run or delete, our server reads the relevant records from Intuit’s API and passes them back to your browser so you can see and act on them. The export file and the delete log are generated for you to download. None of that data is stored on our servers — there is no database and no account, so there is nothing for us to retain after the request finishes.
Cookies
We set one cookie: a strictly necessary session cookie that holds your encrypted QuickBooks tokens and the company identifier for the duration of your session. It is httpOnly (not readable by scripts), secure over HTTPS, and it is cleared when the session ends or when you choose Disconnect, which also revokes our access at Intuit. We use no other cookies.
Server logs
The site is hosted by Vercel, and like any web host it keeps ordinary request logs (such as IP address, browser user-agent and timestamp) for security and to keep the service running. Those logs are generated by the hosting platform, not by us, and are not used to profile or track you.
Third parties
- Intuit (QuickBooks Online) — the tool works through Intuit’s API under your authorisation. Intuit’s own privacy policy governs its handling of your QuickBooks data.
- Vercel — our hosting provider, which serves the site and runs the server functions.
We do not send your data to anyone else. We use no third-party analytics or advertising services on this site.
How long we keep things
Nothing is kept on our side beyond the time it takes to answer your request. The session cookie lasts until your session ends or you disconnect. Your QuickBooks data stays in your QuickBooks company, where it always was.
Security
Tokens are encrypted at rest in the cookie and sent only over HTTPS. Because we hold no accounts and no database, there is no stored copy of your books to breach. You can revoke our access at any time from the tool or from your Intuit account settings.
Your choices and rights
You control everything that matters here: you choose what to connect, what to export, and what to delete, and you can disconnect whenever you like. Under the Australian Privacy Principles (and, where it applies, laws such as the GDPR) you have rights of access and correction — but because we hold no personal information about you, there is generally nothing for us to disclose, correct or erase. If you believe we hold something, write to us and we will tell you plainly.
Children
The tool is for business use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly process information from children.
Overseas processing
The service runs on infrastructure that may be located outside Australia (for example, Vercel’s regions and Intuit’s US-based API). By using the tool you understand that this processing occurs.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy; the current version always lives on this page, with the date above. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
